There is a useful phrase that applies perfectly to Unlocking Outreach and that is ‘Start small… but start!’

Start by identifying your Networkers, for instance, and putting them where they can do the most good. This is easily done and will get the ball rolling. Build on this knowledge and identify the other talents available to you. Align people with the roles and tasks they will do best so you build a well-structured team. Have them learn how to interact with people in the most appropriate way. And help the team be prepared for the follow-up after the outreach event.
